C.T.H. Inc. MASONRY AND REMODELING has been doing business in the Missoula area since 1997, however CHRIS and his brother TRACY have been on construction sites since they were small boys. Their father would take them to work with him on weekends and during the summer where they learned the art of masonry construction. CHRIS and TRACY are 4th generation MONTANA MASONS. While TRACY spent ten years in the building maintenance and fencing industries CHRIS was gaining vast knowledge and experience in the residential building industry. After ten years of working for a large residential builder CHRIS expanded his Masonry business to include remodeling. C.T.H. prides themselves in doing it right the first time and with the highest quality of craftsmanship.

CHRIS will help you make most of the decisions before construction begins. This will make the job go smoother and faster. Once the materials are ordered and delivered construction can begin. C.T.H. will actually do 98% of the work. From demolition, framing, insulation, sheetrock, taping, texturing, painting, trim carpentry, hanging cabinets, doors, windows, tile installation, finishing and cleaning. C.T.H. only subcontracts the electrical and plumbing. This way C.T.H. can control the quality of the work and speed of which it gets done. You will not have to wait a week for the sheetrock contractor to show up, or two weeks because the trim carpenter went hunting. C.T.H. can finish a remodel in days or a few weeks when other contractors may take months. C.T.H. uses only qualified licensed plumbers and electricians and has a good working relationship with many. This will insure a schedule with no idle days. C.T.H. does the work so they show up and get it done.

 

 

Would you like a fireplace?

You have to make only one call. CHRIS can build a custom all masonry wood burning fireplace, install a manufactured wood burning fireplace or install a gas burning fireplace. C.T.H. has even built custom stone with wood mantel electric fireplaces and one faux fireplace, (its just for looks).

 

C.T.H. can frame the fireplace, install the stone-brick-tile, build a wood mantel, sheetrock, tape, texture, paint and trim. C.T.H. subcontracts only the gas fireplace unit installation. Contractors that subcontract all the work out would have to schedule up to 10 different subcontractors to complete one fireplace, which could take several weeks. C.T.H. can complete a gas fireplace in four to ten days, depending on size and options.
